John was a Principal at edmSTUDIO from 2006 to 2023, and currently manages projects and advises on communication and coordination between the design teams. His project management includes teaming with federal, commercial, institutional, educational, and food service clients throughout New England. John is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, and completed a year of study in Rome, Italy.

He has 40 years of experience in the architectural profession, managing project teams, harmonizing design and building technology elements, and monitoring sustainability and budgets. John is licensed in CT, MA, NY and ME and is NCARB certified. He is also a Certified Passive House Designer (CPHD).

He has volunteered in support of multiple non-profit and charitable organizations for more than 35 years, including Habitat for Humanity and the Hole in the Wall Gang Camp. John is also a certified L3 ski instructor/race coach and scuba diver (he’s the guy in the center of the photo, not the turtle).
