Carrie’s journey into architecture began with a visit to the Earthships in New Mexico, where she discovered the potential of biotecture to shape a more sustainable future. This experience inspired her to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Her love for travel led her to a study abroad program in Argentina, where she collaborated with local university students and explored the rich architectural heritage of the region. Driven by a passion for environmentally conscious design, Carrie brings a dedication to creating built environments that benefit all inhabitants—human and non-human alike—to every project she undertakes.

In her free time, Carrie enjoys the cozy comforts of life. She is an avid crafter, always experimenting with new projects to keep her hands busy. Carrie also loves playing games with friends and family, whether it’s board games, tabletop adventures, or video games. Her adventurous spirit takes her camping across North America and backpacking through diverse environments, constantly fueling her wanderlust.
