Lindsay is a passionate Architect driven by her commitment to high-quality design and meticulous attention to detail. She plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of edmSTUDIO’s projects.
Lindsay utilizes tools like Tally, a program that calculates embodied carbon, to select environmentally friendly materials and help clients and consultants make informed decisions. As our “Revit-guru,” she constantly updates technology standards to improve efficiency in our documents. She is particularly passionate about creating detailed specifications, understanding the value of the “unseen” parts of architecture.
One of Lindsay’s favorite projects at edmSTUDIO has been her involvement in LEED coordination for the DCAMM Surplus Properties Maintenance Facility, which is on track for LEED Gold, LEED Zero Energy, and Passive House Certification. She is also spearheading sustainability efforts for the Williamstown Fire Station, aiming for the Zero Carbon Certification through the International Living Futures Institute (ILFI). She enjoys the integration of sustainable design into the entire architectural process.
Lindsay is drawn to projects with a specialized program and enjoys working with consultants who are experts in their craft. Her commitment to high-quality design, attention to detail, and ability to work harmoniously with others makes her an invaluable asset to our team and a pleasure to collaborate with.
